ISO that stamp mounting tutorial link

a friend and i just discovered letterboxing after reading about it
in TIME magazine. a few days ago he was reading messages and found a
link to a tutorial on how to mount your own stamps that had pictures
and everything.

now that i have made my own first stamp i wanted to use that
tutorial but of course we cant find the link anywhere!

does anyone still have it? i'd be mighty grateful to anyone who
could point me to it.
